Processing Time
We understand the excitement of receiving your personalized book, so we work quickly to bring your child’s story to life. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days. After placing your order and confirming all book details, click “Continue” in the top right corner of the preview page to confirm your design.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations cannot be accepted once the design has been confirmed.
Shipping Time
Once your personalized book is finalized and printed, we will ship it to you. Shipping times depend on your location:
- USA & Canada: 6–8 business days
- UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 6–9 business days
- All Other Regions: 6–9 business days

Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, so you don’t have to worry about extra fees when receiving your child’s personalized adventure.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to easily track your book’s journey from our hands to yours.
